01
Scope and company roles
When a company uses IPI, that company decides what work information is submitted, which people participate, and who may access the workspace. IPI processes that company-controlled information to provide the Service. IPI separately determines how account, billing, website, support, security, and service-operation information is handled as described in this Policy.
If your company controls the work data connected to your account, privacy requests about that data may need to be directed to the company. IPI will support the company as appropriate.
02
Information you and your company provide
The information provided to IPI depends on how the Service is used. It may include:
- name, company, business contact details, account credentials, locale, and workspace role;
- company context, departments, objectives, work instructions, proof text, files and links, reviews, decisions, outcomes, and operational memory;
- invitation details, authorized-user relationships, notification preferences, and business phone numbers where configured;
- messages sent to support or commercial contacts and security reports submitted to IPI.
03
Billing information
IPI handles the billing contact, selected plan or service, subscription state, transaction references, and payment status needed to operate the account. Payment-card entry is handled by the payment processor. IPI does not store the full card number in its product database.
The payment processor may collect billing and payment information under its own privacy terms.
04
Technical and usage information
IPI receives technical information when the Service is used, including IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, language, timezone, referring or campaign information, routes viewed, actions and timestamps, errors, and security events.
IPI also uses session identifiers and first-party browser storage needed for authentication, security, preferences, reliable navigation, and product measurement.
05
How IPI uses information
IPI uses information to:
- create accounts, verify identity, enforce company and role access, and operate the Service;
- support objectives, proof, review, decision, payout-status, notification, and company-memory workflows;
- process subscriptions, confirm payments, provide support, and communicate service information;
- protect accounts and data, investigate abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability and usability;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
06
Assisted processing
When an authorized feature uses an outside processing service, IPI sends only the content needed for the requested task. Credentials and private storage locations are excluded from that task content.
IPI uses the resulting output to provide the requested product function and keeps human authority with the Customer’s authorized people for approvals, revisions, payouts, and company decisions.
07
When information is disclosed
IPI may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- to the Customer’s Authorized Users according to company membership, role, and workflow authority;
- to providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, files, payments, communications, authorized processing, customer support, and security;
- when you or the Customer directs IPI to share information or enables an integration;
- to advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary for legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or enforcement;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
08
Browser storage and communications
IPI uses browser storage and similar technical mechanisms for sign-in, session protection, preferences, public-page measurement, and core product operation. Blocking required storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.
IPI may send account, security, work-progress, support, and billing communications by email and, where configured, SMS. Available notification preferences apply to optional work updates; messages required for security, account operation, or legal reasons may still be sent.
09
Retention and account closure
IPI retains information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain the Customer’s operating record, secure the Service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held.
Closing an account ends that user’s active access. IPI may retain company work records, billing records, security records, and backups when needed to serve the Customer, preserve the operating record, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer required for those purposes.
10
Security
IPI uses administrative, technical, and product controls designed to protect the information it handles. Access is limited by company and role, proof files remain behind protected access, and release checks cover important public security boundaries.
The current public security explanation and responsible-disclosure route are available on the Security page.
11
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction regarding personal information. IPI may need to verify your identity and may direct requests concerning company-controlled work data to the relevant Customer.
You may update available account details and notification preferences in the Service. Privacy requests may be sent to commercial@ipn.tennis. IPI will respond as required by applicable law.
12
International processing
IPI and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, IPI uses contractual or other recognized safeguards for those transfers.
13
Business use and children
IPI is a business service and is not directed to children. A person may use IPI only if they can lawfully enter an agreement or use it through an organization authorized to provide that access. If you believe a child has provided personal information to IPI without appropriate authorization, contact us.
14
Changes and contact
IPI may update this Policy as the Service, law, or operating practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version, and appropriate notice will be given for material changes.
IPI is operated by IPN Tennis Tour LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 USA. Questions, requests, and privacy concerns may be sent to commercial@ipn.tennis.
